There are only a few that a buy and hold passive investor should be doing and that is what I will dive into. That’s why I call it SIMPLE… but only for higher paid professionals who are on the passive track.

When I got started, networking with real investors (and not brokers or salespeople) was how I accelerated my learning curve and how I avoided the scam artists out there. Here are some networking opportunities that I created:
