18.3 – Virtual Assistant

Fiverr and now JobRack is who I use for my virtual assistants.

But… I have some growing pains for sure.

Some lessons learned:

  1. Don’t go for the cheapest VA ($2.50-4.00/hr)
  2. Philippines VA’s are offer very good workers. Written English is good.
  3. I would not hire men. With this being mostly a numbers game I would stick with women who offer better quality and care more about the finished product.
  4. Culturally some people don’t want to admit fault and will lie. Sorry if I may be offending you but this illustrates what I am talking about. I created management oversight check points and caught these guys in straight up lies.

Start out with easy jobs to prove that they can do it and build up from there.

You are always going to be limited until you bring others on your team.

In analysis paralysis? Get me on board as a consultant to coach you. Remember for every $25K of liquidity you are losing out on $300 dollars per month of just cashflow (not including mortgage paydown, appreciation, or tax benefits).

Time is the most import resource.
