3.2 – Start with the Basics…Then Go Big
I became financially free and decided that Seattle was too cold for me and far from friends/family, so I went back home to Hawaii.
After the creation of the Hui Deal Pipeline Club in 2016, we have acquired $180M of real estate and raised $18M for syndications from 2016-2019.
The biggest reward is getting to know you folks (even quirky ones). My vision is to build a boutique syndication business where I know you personally.
I want to end this “hope and pray” method of pensions, 401Ks, stocks, bond, mutual funds!
I want to end the assault on the middle class!
