Effective Networking

Its a common mistake that most participates are quiet which makes sense why we are. Most of us come from professional settings where vulnerability and showing incompetence will ruin your reputation. This survival mechanism might work in the Ordinary income world but is not conducive to a mastermind and learning/collaboration.

Nothing happens until someone asks a question or asks for help.

This is why actively participating on LIVE calls and volunteering for a Hot Seat is so effective. It highlights you to the group and people know what you are working on and this leads to collaboration.

We get it. Not everyone can make the LIVE calls.

Post what you are working on every few months. This shows other members that you are spearheading something for yourself and perhaps someone who has gone through the same thing will chime in or others who are going through the same process would like to help out.

And we get! Not everyone is one social media all the time. Myself and staff are always watching and looking to make connections too but if you do not communicate we don’t know who to make a connection to.

In the end, please reach out to individuals (this is my way to trick you into building relationships and the culture – because once you have financial freedom in 3-10 years… the only need will be Love/relationships). There are many groups out there that the forums turn into surface level (ask a referral or tip) forums and then the community dies. Start the conversation here but go deeper offline. Lets make priority one (as far as your limited 2-5 hours a month doing FOOM/investing activities) to not review discord/past calls but to book one-on-ones with each other. And then lets meet in person!
