  1. Understanding Loan to Value Ratio (LTV) – Focus more on how much cash flow there is rather than the LTV ratio. 
  2. Avoid using Portfolio loans and hard money lending. 
  3. Taxes were discussed, how to lower your AGI with depreciation. 
  4. Getting property insurance, how to fill out insurance forms. Use replacement value rather than Actual Value.
